Loren Nardini is appointed BPMA Ambassador for the North East
Loren Nardini, Commercial Director of the leading UK Promotional Merchandise company Pro-Ad, has been appointed a regional ambassador for the North East by the British Promotional Merchandise Association.
Loren has worked in the promotional merchandise industry since 2004 when he joined the family business which last year celebrated its 30th Anniversary. However, as a second generation merchandiser Loren had been involved with learning the ropes of Promotional Merchandise for many years beforehand. In 2010, he became a director of Pro-Ad and one of his key achievements has been helping the company achieve ISO9001.2008.
The British Promotional Merchandise Association is one of the UK’s leading industry bodies. With over 45 years of experience, the BPMA is dedicated to promoting best practice around the sourcing, manufacturing and distribution of promotional products, bringing together professional distributors and suppliers and helping raise industry standards through a strong agenda of education and continuous professional development.
The BPMA regional ambassadors are members with a broad experience, knowledge and understanding of the promotional merchandise industry.
As an ambassador, Loren will be involved in all BPMA activities in the North East and will be called to promote the Association and its services by attending regional and national meetings. Loren and the Pro-Ad team will also actively support the launch of the inaugural Promotional Products Week, which is taking place from the 16th to 20th September 2013.
Loren Nardini said: “I am a proud graduate of the BPMA academy, and strongly believe that the continuous gaining of knowledge, on the products and services our industry can offer, raises the value of our services to the customer. It’s an honour to become a regional ambassador for the BPMA as I am passionate about educating and raising awareness on the benefits of promotional items, as an advertising medium. As a BPMA Ambassador I am pleased to be offering Pro-Ad’s support to the PP Week initiative and know that it will do a great deal to raise the profile of promotional merchandise and show that it is much more than just a freebie.”
