In a deal set to take advantage of the popular and growing 500KW wind turbine market ICE already have customers with consented sites and in planning for this solid, reliable high-tech and high yielding wind turbine.
“The recent removal of contract restrictions on our turbine portfolio has meant that we are delighted to announce the addition of the PowerWind 500kW onto our books.” the statement read.
Julian Martin, ICE Renewables, CEO said: “It is proving a very popular machine because it has the highest energy yield (up to 3% more) of all the other comparable wind turbines in the same class, due to its large rotor diameter.
“Anyone going into planning with a similar turbine needs to speak to us about this quality German engineered machine.
“Developed in 2007, this turbine has been sold all over the world with over 80 units sold across Europe and 600MW going up in India alone over the next year indicating the strength of the turbines performance and the PowerWind business.”

“They are a well-respected professional company with great credentials in the UK. They understand the sector and customers’ needs and can offer great support and services for anyone looking to install a wind turbine.”
Both companies followed the signature of their contract with an ICE Renewables/PowerWind Open Day at the AMRC with Boeing site in Rotherham.
