Another client conversion for Jam

User Experience and Optimisation specialist agency, User Conversion has appointed Jam to drive positive awareness of its unique conversion rate optimisation process after a three-way pitch.

Jam will be responsible for press activity and digital outreach, as well as providing support around key events to educate target audiences about the company. The integrated agency will combine PR, social media and digital to create a fully integrated communications strategy for User Conversion.

David Mannheim, founder and head of optimisation at User Conversion said: “We’re personable people that are set out to do an outstanding job for our clients. And Jam really complimented us, what our values are, and I’m super excited to see what magic we can make together.”

Since User Conversion was formed in 2015, the growing team has secured a number of high profile clients including Papa John’s Pizza, Mamas and Papas and Travis Perkins. Jaime Gee, managing director at Jam, added: “We are very excited to be working with such a progressive client. We have solid pedigree within the tech sector so this is the ideal partnership.

“We’re always looking to expand our horizons and showcase our wide range of offerings as an agency, and User Conversion provides the perfect opportunity for us to do so.” User Conversion joins Jam’s impressive client roster, which also includes Argos Pet Insurance, The Furniture Recycling Group, Transport For Greater Manchester, Sync and VELCRO.

The agency previously operated as JAMpr and JAMcreative, providing a breadth of services between the two teams. However, as the agency has been combining its services for the past few years to provide a more holistic approach to campaigns to help clients meet their business needs and objectives, the team therefore made the strategic decision to truly combine its offering and reposition itself as an integrated agency.
