Social enterprise launches new digital growth strategy
The Curve selected as Tickets for Good’s DevOps Delivery Partner
Tickets for Good, a Sheffield based company that focuses on combining social life with social good, has appointed The Curve to help scale its digital capacity in preparation for the return of venue-based events and a ‘rapid increase in demand’.
The move will allow the firm to prepare for an influx of customers as the events industry bounces back following the coronavirus pandemic, and forms part of the company’s new digital growth strategy.
Tickets for Good works to make events more charitable and inclusive by providing free event tickets to charities and social groups through The Ticket Bank in an effort to improve the mental health and wellbeing of individuals who could not access these events without this support.
Through the use of its Ticket Bank Programme it has successfully provided free tickets to thousands of people and has collaborated with high profile events such as Tramlines Music Festival and AEG Presents.
As physical events continue to not take place due to the pandemic, Tickets for Good are providing this service virtually through online events and resources.
The organisation has appointed local technology consultancy The Curve as its product and DevOps delivery operations partner to advise and assist on the implementation of new tools and infrastructure ahead of the events industry getting back to business.
The Curve will be delivering the features and functionality of the Tickets for Good’s platform evolution strategy to help to bring philanthropy to the forefront of its ticketing experience, allowing every attendee to engage with charitable giving as well as great events.

From now until early 2021, the foundation is making all donated tickets – both online and in person – available to NHS frontline workers and volunteers to acknowledge their hard work and fight against the affects this may be having on their mental wellbeing.
