New Greek restaurant for Soho from owners of Michelin star venue

The owners of a Michelin starred restaurant have announced that they are launching a new Greek venue in London.

INO, in Soho, is set to be launched next month by Nikos Roussos and Georgianna Hiliadaki, founders of two Michelin starred restaurant Funky Gourmet.

The INO restaurant will be centred around the traditions of the Greek ‘Psistaria’ grill, and will feature an entirely Greek wine list.

With 25 covers, the restaurant will span two levels at a single fronted site on Newburgh Street, as well as an outdoor seated terrace in summer.

The founders commented: “Cooking over charcoal is a method which is close to our hearts and one which has been inextricably linked to Greek cuisine throughout the centuries.

“We are excited to introduce an elevated counter dining menu, which uses exceptional produce, showcasing authentic flavours of Greece.

“INO will be a place for people to gather around hearty food and share dishes that reflect our travels and our heritage using ingredients that excite us.”
