Established in 2015, and located in Newcastle upon Tyne, BMC Recruitment Group is the strategic recruitment partner of businesses worldwide.
BMC was set up by Managing Director, David Blair, a chartered accountant who trained with KPMG and has advised on several recruitment sector corporate finance transactions. David recognised a gap in the market for a premium, yet affordable, search consultancy model, and financed by three High Net Worth investors, recruited an experienced team to help deliver it.
Two years on and BMC’s model has proved successful. We have:
- Grown from 2 to 15 people
- Successfully recruited for 75 different clients
- We are working with five of the North East’s largest seven businesses
- We have a 97% client retention rate
- We are the exclusive supplier for two large international expansion projects
