About Landmark Manchester
Landmark Manchester is a prime BREEAM Excellent office development under construction in Manchester’s thriving St Peter’s Square business district. When completed in summer 2019, Landmark will offer 180,000 sq ft across 14 floors of next generation office space above two basement levels, with an emphasis on design, flexibility and amenity.
The development is being delivered by Barings Real Estate, part of Barings LLC, one of the world’s largest diversified real estate investment managers, with Castlebrooke Investments retained as development manager. The building is designed by world-renowned architects Squire & Partners with Bowmer & Kirkland on-site as the appointed main contractor.
